BMGadgets Mart is owned and operated by BMGadgets Digital Technologies. We operate as a direct store serving retail buyers across India with budget gadgets, smart electronics, and home decor items.

2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• All orders placed on the platform are subject to product availability and address validation.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers agree to accept delivery and make payment in cash or UPI QR to the courier agent upon arrival.
• Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD shipments at the doorstep without valid reason may result in temporary restriction of COD privileges for that delivery address.

3. Pricing & Tax Transparency

All prices displayed on BMGadgets Mart are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices, discount offers, and flash deals at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Warranty & Returns

5. Governing Law
